Pulled Pork BBQ Sliders

Instructions Rinse shrimp and pat dry with paper towel. Drizzle olive oil into medium skillet and add butter over medium-low heat. Once butter has melted, add in shrimp and garlic. Cook, stirring often until the shrimp have turned pink, about 3-5 minutes. Add in hemp hottie sauce and cook another 1-2 minutes until thickened. Remove skillet from heat and set aside.

Instructions:

Remove the pack of giblets from the chicken. Save for later to make stock, if you want or a nice gravy.

Wash chicken pat dry with paper towels and season all over. Inset half lemon and half onion into the cavity of the chicken.

Bake uncovered at 275 for 3 -4 hours

Let rest for 20 minutes and remove skin proceed to shred Chicken with your hands and add hemp honey bbq and sweet tye chili sauce put back in the oven for 20 minutes and then serve with rolls and coleslaw

  • 1 cup Hemp Honey BBQ
  • 1/2 cup Sweet Tye Chili sauce

Coleslaw Ingredients:

Dressing:

  • 2 Tbsp mayo
  • 1/2 tsp dark sesame oil
  • 4 Tbsp seasoned rice vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 Tbsp cold-pressed hemp seed oil

Salad:

  • 8 cups thinly sliced cabbage ( Nappa, green, purple, )
  • 1 cup grated carrots

Optional:

  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
