Walnut Berry Spinach Salad w/ Balsamic Hemp Vinaigrette

The Balsamic Hemp Vinaigrette has a nutty taste and the hulled hemp seed surprisingly stay suspended throughout the dressing ensuring optimal omega fatty acid intake with every spoonful of dressing.

The salad is even easier than the dressing. Simply dice up some strawberry and leave the blueberries whole. I like to crumble up my walnuts a little bit. Toss all the ingredients with the dressing and spinach and walaa -- your meal is served.

  • 1/4 Cup of Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoon of Cold-pressed Hemp Seed Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon of Sunflower Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon of Dijon Mustard
